We are hiring for our client, a leading global professional services organisation based in Belfast City Centre, who are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Recruitment to lead Business Professional recruitment across EMEA. This is a high-impact role managing a geographically dispersed team of recruiters, specialists, and coordinators. The successful candidate will deliver end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, enhance candidate experience, drive direct sourcing initiatives, and ensure alignment with workforce planning goals.

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition within professional services or global recruitment
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing a dispersed recruitment team
  • Strong knowledge of international recruitment regulations and compliance
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, workforce planning, ATS (Avature), and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
  • Able to operate independently and proactively within a globally dispersed team
