We are hiring for our client, a leading global professional services organisation based in Belfast City Centre, who are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Recruitment to lead Business Professional recruitment across EMEA. This is a high-impact role managing a geographically dispersed team of recruiters, specialists, and coordinators. The Person
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition within professional services or global recruitment
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing a dispersed recruitment team
- Strong knowledge of international recruitment regulations and compliance
- Expertise in direct sourcing, workforce planning, ATS (Avature), and recruitment analytics
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
- Able to operate independently and proactively within a globally dispersed team
