Due to continued success, our Belfast City Centre Client, a global professional services organisation, wishes to recruit a Recruitment Administrator. This is a new, 12 month Fixed Term Contract role focused on early careers/trainee/graduate processes. This is a really interesting and busy role and an addition to the already established, busy team.

The successful recruitment administrator/assistant will have extensive contact with candidates, external recruitment partners, universities, and internal colleagues. This is a busy and varied role supporting the cyclical delivery of the early careers recruitment strategy over the course of the year, providing onboarding support and delivering a really effective and efficient service.

The Role:

  • Work closely with the Early Careers Operations Manager and wider recruitment admin team
  • Ensure candidates are sourced, screened and offered in accordance with agreed procedures
  • Support application screening
  • Interview management – source interviewers, scheduling, organising assessment days, gathering feedback
  • University engagement
  • Support with organising a wide range of events eg vacation schemes, university and school reach outs
  • Prepare regular and bespoke reports
  • Deal with candidate queries via the central recruitment phone and email hub
  • Provide support for ad hoc activities

The Person:

  • Minimum of 1 years relevant experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns within a Professional, commercial environment.
  • Experience of supporting high volume recruitment processes– graduate or trainee programmes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise
