We are hiring for our client, a well-established and highly respected organisation based in East Belfast, to appoint a Compliance Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. This administration role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and best practice across a broad network of centres. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will provide guidance, training and support while contributing to audit planning, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance or quality administration professional who enjoys balancing technical accuracy with relationship management and has a genuine interest in education, standards, and governance.

The Role

  • Provide advice, guidance and training to centres on compliance and quality assurance

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to management information reporting

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration position focusing on compliance/audits
  • Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills
  • Experience working with policies, procedures and compliance frameworks
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to pass an Access NI check
