What the School Is Looking For
The ideal Behaviour Support Assistant will hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child-centred experience is highly valued, whether gained through schools, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work or similar settings. The school is looking for a proactive, patient and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.

Salary and Contract Info
Β£460 per week, pro rata to term time only. Full-time, long-term contract (September 2026 - July 2027), term-time only. Potential for future teacher training or an extended contract following a successful placement.
