Role Summary
We are looking for a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist/Beautician to join our busy salon team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of beauty treatments, including nails, waxing (including intimate waxing) and facials. You’ll be confident working with gel and Bio Sculpture systems, have great attention to detail, and deliver a high standard of client care.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of professional beauty treatments
- Manicures & pedicures (gel and Bio Sculpture)
- Waxing (including intimate waxing)
- Facials and skincare treatments
- Lash and brow tinting, shaping, and enhancements
- Provide friendly, professional client consultations and aftercare advice
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety within the salon
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a welcoming salon environment
- Keep up to date with new beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, professional atmosphere
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a salon environment
- Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent qualification) in Beauty Therapy
- Skilled in gel polish and Bio Sculpture nail systems
- Confident in all waxing techniques, including intimate waxing
- Experienced in facials, lash, and brow treatments
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated, and passionate about the beauty industry
- Friendly and approachable
- Passionate about delivering a five-star experience
- Team player with a positive attitude
