We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller to join a small site team on a major construction project near Bath. This is a key role supporting the site management team, requiring strong organisational skills, construction site experience, and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of a live project.
Key Responsibilities:- Uploading, managing and distributing design information and drawings
- Checking drawings and documents for accuracy, version control and compliance
- Maintaining document registers and ensuring information is issued correctly and on time
- Working with Procure / COINS and other project systems
- Providing general site administrative support to the project team
- Liaising with engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure effective information flow
- Previous experience in a construction site environment is essential
- Proven experience as a Site Administrator and/or Document Controller
- Confident using Procure / COINS (or similar construction management systems)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable, proactive in approach
- Able to work effectively within a small site team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
