Assistant Property Manager required to support a busy residential lettings portfolio, coordinate maintenance, handle landlord and tenant enquiries, and ensure smooth daily property management operations. An independent Sales and Lettings agency in Palmers Green is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting the property management department with daily operations and maintaining high service standards for landlords and tenants. It suits someone organised, practical, and confident handling property-related queries and issues.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
  • Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
