We are partnering with one of London’s most prestigious luxury hotels to appoint an experienced Assistant Director of Finance. Working closely with the Director of Finance, this senior role will support financial excellence across the hotel. This position suits a qualified, technically strong finance professional with experience across full on-site accounting, audit management and leading finance teams within luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities as the Assistant Director of Finance…
- Supporting the Director of Finance in all areas of financial management and reporting
- Overseeing full on-site accounting up to and including fixed assets and balance sheet ownership
- Leading internal and external audit preparation and delivery with confidence and accuracy
- Managing, developing and mentoring the finance team to build capability and consistency
