We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded and expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, who are seeking a Production Team Lead – Packaging Operations to join their nightshift team in Craigavon. This Production Team Lead – Packaging Operations role is responsible for leading packaging teams to ensure production schedules are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. The Role

  • Lead and manage packaging teams to deliver production targets in line with schedule and cost controls
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards

  • Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, and absence management
