We have UK facilities/offices in Alloa, Elland, Bedford, East Kilbride & London. Employees are based UK-wide within customer sites.
An exciting new vacancy has arisen aligned to the continued growth of our Company for the role of Tendering & Proposals Engineer in East Kilbride.
RequirementsThis role will entail the specification and tendering of components, equipment and projects in support of spares and service business. It may be eligible for hybrid working, in line with company policy and on agreement with line management.

- Provide customer-focused service that delivers proposals to Trillium businesses and clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with company HSEQ & Code of Conduct policies.
- Act as focal point for receipt and completion of tender requests for spare parts, projects & service agreements.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers & internal business units to develop compliant bid submission.
- Expedite bid actions from internal/external sources and manage workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Initiate responses to enquiries/requests in line with established company standards/procedures.
- Interrogate technical records to ensure correct specification of spares & service requirements.
- Liaise with internal commercial functions to ensure that suitable terms are applied.
- Ensure submission of accurate tender documents in a responsive and timely manner.
- Maintain tender records utilising company database & CRM systems.
- Support the identification and implementation of process improvements.
- Coordinate all post-tender queries/clarifications & correspondence from customer.
- Ensure compliance with relevant service agreement terms and conditions.
- Review customer purchase order against tender documents to ensure accuracy.
- Manage live jobs via company ERP system through to delivery.
- Collate all necessary quality documentation/certification as required.
Qualification in an engineering discipline. Experience working within a Tendering/Specification environment would be advantageous.
Product KnowledgeExperience with products/service offerings ideally related to rotating equipment. Applicants must have Right to Work in the UK and currently be based in the UK; if not, your application will not be processed.
