WANTED! SALES NEGOTIATOR - A great opportunity for an ambitious Sales Negotiator with some previous estate agency experience, to join a growing independent estate agency in Addlestone, arranging viewings, showing properties and negotiating offers, but most of all, delivering excellent client service. This role offers the chance to join a dynamic, expanding independent Estate Agency. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, securing sales, generating new business and playing a key part in the branch’s continued growth. Experience in residential sales and strong local knowledge will be highly beneficial.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing applicant enquiries and conducting viewings
  • Securing offers and progressing sales
  • Generating new business and winning instructions
  • Maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Providing accurate property information and feedback
  • Supporting wider branch activity as required
