What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Registering and qualifying prospective tenants and matching them to suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
