Our clients, an established and highly reputable Law Firm with offices in Accrington, are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team.

As an experienced Conveyancer, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team in the busy Residential Conveyancing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own full and varied caseload of Residential transactions, both sale and purchase
  • Providing clear and accurate advice to clients, in addition to liaising with concerned parties
  • Maintaining excellent client care, ensuring repeat business
  • Supervising junior team members

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Either an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor
  • Must be able to commute to Milton Keynes on a daily basis
  • Be detail oriented with experience of Case Management systems
  • Be a strong and confident communicator, as well as a team player with a positive approach
  • Must be confident in managing your own caseload
