The predicted salary is between 80602 - 83778 β¬ per year.
This exciting and varied role includes supporting the Welsh Congress and TUC Cymru General Council, acting as the senior representative of TUC Cymru and of the TUC in Wales, providing leadership to and overall management of the functioning and administration of TUC Cymru, delivering Wales TUC policies and work programme in accordance with its constitution and democracy.
We are therefore looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Excellent strategic management, decision making and leadership skills and the ability to network effectively at senior level with a wide range of partner organisations.
- Knowledge and understanding of the economic, social, political and trade union context of Wales.
- Commitment to the aims and values of trades unions and Wales TUC Cymru.
- A self-starter with a high degree of sensitivity to handling political issues.
- Flexibility, versatility and able to balance priorities with demands.
- Welsh language skills or the willingness to learn.
