External Affairs Officer London £50,383 pa, rising incrementally to £52,082 pa (including London Weighting) Full-time, Permanent – 35 hours per week happy to talk flexible working Can you inspire others to help us change the world of work for good? The TUC is looking for a great external affairs officer to raise the profile of the TUC and our campaign priorities with MPs and peers. We need someone to manage relationships with political stakeholders, contribute to campaigns, write parliamentary briefings and keep us updated on whats going on in Westminster. Youll be joining an External Affairs team that runs several high-profile campaigns and events every year, engages with a wide range of MPs, Ministers and other decision makers and supports our general secretary Paul Nowak to demand change for working people. Our unions are out there fighting for jobs, equality and global justice. Join us.

What experience, skills, knowledge and understanding do you need? Youll have some experience of campaigning for policy change
Youll know the political world well, and be familiar with the TUCs policy priorities
