We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Baildon based office in BD17, specialising in the construction, fit out and M&E sectors. You will manage and grow key client accounts by handling the full recruitment cycle and ensuring excellent service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-earning, fast-paced environment with an established client base and strong support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment daily duties for construction and blue-collar roles, from sourcing candidates to offer and onboarding.
  • Take ownership of your client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Deliver against weekly billing targets and contribute to the growth of the client account.
  • Constantly identify new business opportunities within the construction sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within construction, trades, or blue-collar sectors.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.

What We Offer:
