As a Painting Surveyor, you will be expected to hit the ground running, taking financial and operational control of multiple projects from inception through to final account. The position is split 50/50 between site and office and requires travel across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pricing works using NHF schedules of rates
- Estimating project costs and setting clear financial targets
- Preparing monthly CVRs and managing financial reporting
- Raising purchase orders, invoicing, and ensuring full commercial control
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and direct labour teams
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget expectations
- Taking full financial responsibility for assigned contracts
What We’re Looking For:
