We are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for our client based in Upminster.
Salary: £60,000 PA + Car Allowance & other benefits.
The Project Manager will lead and oversee the delivery of complex building services projects across mechanical, electrical, and public health systems. This role is critical in managing and ensuring technical compliance, controlling budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope across a variety of sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial.
Ideal candidates will possess IOSH or SMSTS. Flexibility is a must, although standard hours are 8am to 5pm; many sites are running into the evenings/nights and may require a weekly visit. Candidates must have experience overseeing several projects at once with around £500k of live work usually spread across a number of sites. Experience using SIMPRO would be an advantage. Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP / AMP would also be an advantage.
This role is a permanent position on offer.
