We are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for our client based in Upminster.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £60,000 PA + Car Allowance & other benefits.
Responsibilities
- Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of complex building services projects across mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.
- This role is critical in managing and ensuring technical compliance, controlling budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope across a variety of sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial.
Qualifications & Experience
- Ideal candidates will possess IOSH or SMSTS.
- Flexibility is a must, although standard hours are 8am to 5pm many sites are running into the evenings/nights and may require a weekly visit.
- Must have experience overseeing several projects at once with around £500k of live work usually spread across a number of sites.
- Experience using SIMPRO would be an advantage.
- Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP / AMP would also be an advantage.
