We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Baildon-based office in BD17.
Specialising in the construction, fit out and M&E sectors, you will manage and grow key client accounts by handling the full recruitment cycle and ensuring excellent service delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-earning, fast-paced environment with an established client base and strong support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment daily duties for construction and blue‑collar roles, from sourcing candidates to offer and onboarding.
- Take ownership of your client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Deliver against weekly billing targets and contribute to the growth of the client account.
- Constantly identify new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within construction, trades, or blue‑collar sectors.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
