Mako is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate our on-prem Kubernetes platform on a self-managed Linux VM fabric (KVM/libvirt). You’ll own the infrastructure beneath our workloads, from hypervisor and VM provisioning to Kubernetes cluster lifecycle, networking, storage, and tooling used by application teams.
This hands-on role requires deep systems expertise to keep the fabric and clusters healthy, secure, and performant without a managed cloud control plane.
