Position Overview
We are seeking stock and options traders to join our professional trading firm. You will trade firm capital across equity and options markets, keeping a significant share of your profits while accessing institutional-level tools, mentorship, and a supportive trading community.

Key Responsibilities
- Trade single-leg and multi-leg options strategies across liquid U.S. underlyings
- Combine technical, fundamental, and volatility-based signals to time entries and exits
- Manage risk through position sizing, stop-loss discipline, and exposure limits
- React to earnings, macro events, and volatility regime shifts with appropriate strategy choices
- Maintain professional records of trading activity for personal review and risk oversight

- At least 2 years of consistent trading activity in options, equities, forex, or crypto

- Profit splits begin at 65% and can scale to 90% as you progress through firm tiers
- Initial buying‑power allocation up to $50,000, with documented scaling to $500,000+
- Trade from anywhere — we are a fully distributed firm with no commute requirement
- Allocation reviews occur on a recurring cadence, typically every two months
- Promotion criteria and tier mechanics will be walked through during interviews
