Responsibilities
- Report to the Senior Pricing Manager and collaborate with the Senior Pricing Analyst.
- Support a pivotal team that underpins commercial and strategic decisions to drive revenue and pricing optimization.
- Contribute to the annual pricing strategy and reviews by providing well-thought-out analyses that consider customer behavior and model risks and opportunities.
- Produce analyses to validate pricing hypotheses and recommend actions based on findings.
- Work across the business to embed pricing and product strategies, applying the pricing framework and value-based pricing alongside business knowledge.
- Utilise financial and data modelling skills to offer pricing recommendations and influence product, sales, and leadership teams to align on optimal pricing decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in an analytical role using Excel; ability to prepare data, analyse it, and summarise results; translate complex data into digestible information.
- Strong storytelling skills to communicate findings to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Curious, motivated, detail-oriented, commercially minded; demonstrated ability to ask questions and find answers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to summarise analysis and convey insights to a wide range of stakeholders; able to influence senior stakeholders (director level).
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience modelling with large, complex data sets.
- Exposure to data tools such as BigQuery and Looker is a plus but not essential.
- Pricing background with knowledge of different commercial models is desirable.

- Salary of £35,000 – £42,500, plus an additional 10% of salary awarded as shares each year, vesting over three years.
