About the Role

We are looking for a graphic designer who can deliver high-quality creative assets quickly and efficiently across a wide range of formats. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, producing, and delivering visuals every day – from product shots to banners, social media content, and marketing collateral.

You will be comfortable working at pace, using both design software and AI tools to create images that support marketing campaigns and sales activity. The focus is on producing tangible outputs that directly drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Working with our brand guidelines to design and deliver call-to-action graphics, website banners, and email visuals
  • Create product shots and mock-ups suitable for e-commerce and digital channels
  • Edit, resize, and optimise imagery for use across multiple channels using AI where appropriate.
  • Produce social media graphics and campaign assets optimised for each platform
  • Prepare and upload images to the website CMS, ensuring they are formatted correctly
  • Create banners and campaign assets in HubSpot CRM
  • Build and adapt simple HTML snippets for CTAs and email visuals where needed
  • Work with HR to help prepare internal marketing collateral to showcase our brand
  • Prepare visuals for direct mail and sample campaigns
  • Support with video content and digital assets for PR campaigns both internally and externally
  • Maintain an efficient workflow, delivering multiple projects on time

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong Photoshop skills, particularly in creating product imagery and mock-ups
  • Experience with AI design tools (such as MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Stable Diffusion)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic HTML coding skills for building and adapting CTAs (desirable)
  • Ability to take a brief and deliver finished, usable outputs
  • Organised and able to manage several projects at once
  • Practical and delivery-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of design for e-commerce, marketing, and social media
  • Experience with CMS platforms and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Further Details

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Dundee Head Office, offered on a 50/50 hybrid working basis. The role provides a salary in the region of up to £28,000 depending on experience, together with an excellent benefits package and strong opportunities for career progression.
