Tradeprint, based in Dundee, seeks an experienced HR leader to own and grow the people function for 175 employees. You will coach leaders, shape culture, and ensure best practice HR across recruitment, onboarding, ER cases, and policy updates. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
The position is permanent and full-time with hybrid working from our Dundee Head Office. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 per year, plus a range of benefits.
