Trademarkia is the largest online trademark filing service in the United States, with 125,000+ clients worldwide. We're now building the United Kingdom and the European Union into a major market — and we intend to become the #1 trademark filing service across the region. This is a sales and growth role, not a support role. You'll be the central commercial point of contact for the UK and the EU: owning revenue, sales, business development, paid acquisition, and conversion‑focused site design across many countries and languages.
Core Responsibilities:
- Existing-client sales & account management: Own the full relationship with our existing UK and EU clients — outreach, follow‑up, and converting them into new trademark work.
- New business development: Prospect, nurture, and close new clients across the UK and the EU. Own the pipeline end to end.
- Pan-European paid search: Own and control dedicated Google Ads budgets across the UK and multiple EU countries end to end — strategy, geo‑targeting, spend, creative, and results.
- Multi-country, multi-language localisation at scale: Build campaigns and landing pages for each language, using AI to generate, translate, and continuously update localised content.
- Conversion & site design: Help design and continuously improve our UK and European trademark sites to out‑convert domestic online filing competitors.
- Micro campaigns & segmented landing pages: Build hyper‑targeted micro campaigns for UK and EU businesses who want to file trademarks.
This role runs on modern AI tooling — you'll lean on AI to reach dozens of countries and languages. We want someone excited to learn and master the full stack of AI tools that make a lean team punch far above its weight.
Who you are:
- A recent university graduate with a background in marketing, sales, and/or business.
- Genuinely energised by sales, relationship‑building, and hitting revenue goals.
- AI‑first — excited to learn and use modern AI tools.
- Ambitious, self‑directed, and excited to build something and grow with it.
- Comfortable working across time zones and staying in sync with a global team virtually.
Compensation & growth: Competitive starting salary of £34,000–£40,000, plus a performance/commission component tied to the revenue you generate — realistic on‑target earnings of roughly £48,000–£58,000 in year one for a strong performer.
