AI-Driven Legal Services Environment

About Trademarkia

Trademarkia is a global leader in intellectual property services, serving over 120,000 clients worldwide. We help businesses protect and grow their brands through trademarks, patents, copyrights, corporate law, and litigation. We are an AI-first legal services company focused on scaling legal services through technology and automation.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional legal role; it's a high-impact, client-facing opportunity for ambitious attorneys who want to combine legal expertise, business development, and AI-driven innovation. We are hiring a UK Licensed Attorney to drive new legal business from our international client base while leading UK trademark and intellectual property matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, generating revenue, and working at the forefront of modern legal services.

You will work with existing and prospective clients to develop matters in:

  • Trademark and IP law
  • Corporate legal work
  • Copyright and IP-related matters
  • UK legal filings and portfolio management

Your success will be measured by your ability to generate consistent monthly revenue. This is a business development / rainmaker role, not a purely drafting-focused position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Trademarkia's global client base to identify and develop new work
  • Drive revenue across trademark, corporate, and IP matters
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct client meetings via Zoom, phone, and email
  • Proactively follow up on leads, existing clients, and opportunities
  • Assist clients in building and managing IP portfolios
  • Work with internal legal teams to convert opportunities into active matters
  • Strong utilization of AI tools in daily workflow and client communication

AI & Technology Expectations

Strong utilization of AI tools is required for this role. Candidates must be comfortable working in an AI-driven environment. Experience using ChatGPT, legal AI tools, automation platforms, or productivity AI systems is highly preferred. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and AI-assisted workflows is essential. AI usage will be integrated into client communication, drafting, research, and workflow management.

Performance Expectations

Primary KPI: Monthly revenue generation. Strong focus on responsiveness, client engagement, and conversion. Results-driven role with clear accountability.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Attorney / Solicitor in the UK (Required)
  • Experience in trademarks, intellectual property, or corporate law preferred
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and client engagement
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge and practical use of AI tools required
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented

How to Apply

Please send your resume and a brief cover note (or Loom video) via email to: amien@trademarkia.com, hr@trademarkia.com

Please include:

  • Your interest in trademark law and IP practice
  • Relevant legal coursework, clinics, or experience
  • Your availability to begin full-time work

This is not a document review role; it's a career-building opportunity where you will work directly with clients, develop real-world trademark law experience, and grow within an AI-driven legal services company.
