The Role:
As a Passive Fire Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of passive fire projects from mobilisation through to completion, with a particular focus on fire door installation, maintenance, inspection, and compliance. You will be responsible for managing teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver passive fire projects, specialising in fire door packages
- Oversee fire door surveys, installation, remedial works, and compliance upgrades
- Manage additional passive fire works including fire stopping and compartmentation
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials, and programme schedules
- Ensure projects meet all relevant fire safety standards and regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, costs, quality, and timelines
- Produce and review project documentation, reports, and handover packs
- Drive a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
About You:
