Site Manager - Roofing in Weybridge

Freelance Site Manager Location: Weybridge, Surrey Duration: 30 weeks Start Date: 24th August 2026 Pre-Start Meeting: 18th August 2026 Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience Tradeline Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to work on a 30-week re-roofing project in Weybridge. The project is based within a live commercial building and will involve re-roofing works alongside some internal M&E upgrades. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard. The Role * Managing the day-to-day running of the site * Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives * Managing re-roofing works and associated internal M&E works * Ensuring health & safety requirements are maintained * Managing site progress and programme * Liaising with the client and other stakeholders * Working within a live commercial environment with minimal disruption to the building's occupants * Ensuring works are completed to the required quality standards The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience working as a Site Manager on commercial or refurbishment projects * Experience managing roofing works would be beneficial * Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures * Confident managing subcontractors and site teams * Strong communication and client-facing skills * Comfortable working within a live environment * SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS required * Available to start on 24th August 2026 If this role is of interest, please reach out directly to Charles Howe of Tradeline Recruitment
