We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Supervisor to join a well-established Fire & Security contractor on an ongoing programme of works. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
The Role
As M&E Supervisor, you will take responsibility for overseeing mechanical and electrical aspects of fire and security projects, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time, and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing M&E works across fire alarm, security, and life-safety projects
- Overseeing subcontractors and engineers on site
- Coordinating with project managers, clients, and site teams
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements
- Monitoring progress, quality, and costs
- Supporting commissioning and handover processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor (or similar role)
- Background within Fire & Security or life-safety systems
- Strong understanding of M&E coordination and compliance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- SMSTS / SSSTS and relevant technical qualifications preferred
