We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an industrial refurbishment project on behalf of a well-established main contractor. This is a 10-week programme, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage site operations from start to finish while ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

The Role:

  • Managing day-to-day site activities
  • Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Monitoring programme and progress against deadlines
  • Conducting site meetings and reporting into senior management
  • Managing quality control and snagging throughout the project
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of refurbishment works within a live/industrial environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects
  • Industrial project experience required
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates required
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage programme and subcontractors effectively
  • Available to start at short notice
