We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT A office fit-out project in Blackfriars. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and organised professional to lead a high-profile commercial refurbishment from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs safely, efficiently, and to programme

*

Oversee subcontractor performance and coordinate trades on site

*

Ensure all works comply with CAT A standards and client specifications

*

Maintain accurate site documentation, RAMS, permits, and daily reports

*

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and manage H&S compliance

*

Liaise with the Project Manager, client representatives, and other stakeholders

*

Monitor quality control and ensure snag-free delivery

*

Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on CAT A commercial office fit-out projects

*

SMSTS (essential)

*

First Aid at Work (essential)

*

CSCS Manager’s Card xiskglj (preferred)

*

Strong understanding of H&S regulations, commercial build standards, and fit-out sequencing

*

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

*

Ability to drive the project schedule and manage multiple trades simultaneously

*

Strong reporting and IT literacy
