We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Fire Door Site Manager to oversee works on a live Data Centre project in East London. This is a 16-week contract starting 16th March, requiring someone confident managing fire door installation and compliance in a fast-paced, technical environment.
The Role:
- Overseeing fire door installation and remedial works
- Managing site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are completed in line with fire safety regulations and project specifications
- Maintaining quality control and compliance documentation
- Liaising with the main contractor and client on site
- Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on time
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing fire door packages on large commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of fire door regulations and compliance standards
- Previous Data Centre experience (highly desirable)
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS (Black/Gold preferred)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
