We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor / Site Manager to join a growing specialist contractor delivering passive fire protection and fire door projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in passive fire works who is looking to join a busy and expanding business with a strong pipeline of projects.

The Role

You will be overseeing fire protection and fire door installation/remedial works across multiple sites throughout London, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing operatives and subcontractors on site
  • Overseeing passive fire and fire door works
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance across projects
  • Carrying out quality inspections and snagging
  • Liaising with clients, residents, and senior management
  • Monitoring programme and productivity on site
  • Ensuring all works meet industry regulations and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Site Manager
  • Strong background within passive fire protection and fire doors
  • Good understanding of fire stopping compliance and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple sites/projects
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • SMSTS / SSSTS preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
