We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor / Site Manager to join a growing specialist contractor delivering passive fire protection and fire door projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in passive fire works who is looking to join a busy and expanding business with a strong pipeline of projects.
The Role
You will be overseeing fire protection and fire door installation/remedial works across multiple sites throughout London, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing operatives and subcontractors on site
- Overseeing passive fire and fire door works
- Ensuring health & safety compliance across projects
- Carrying out quality inspections and snagging
- Liaising with clients, residents, and senior management
- Monitoring programme and productivity on site
- Ensuring all works meet industry regulations and compliance standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Site Manager
- Strong background within passive fire protection and fire doors
- Good understanding of fire stopping compliance and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple sites/projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS / SSSTS preferred
- Full UK driving licence
