We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join a growing team working on new-build residential developments for a National Housebuilder across their Anglian region. The successful candidate will have a broad range of trade skills and be capable of carrying out high-quality finishing, snagging, repairs and remedial works across multiple disciplines, with a professional manner and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of trade works including carpentry, patch plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, basic plumbing, small electrical works, carpentry and general building repairs.
- Complete snagging and finishing works to a high standard prior to handover.
- Assist site management and customer care teams in resolving defects and quality issues.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering Multi-Trades works within residential construction.
- Competent across multiple trades, with a strong eye for detail and quality.
- Experience working on new-build housing developments.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Happy to travel.
- Computer literate.
