Job Title: MEP Manager – £100m Hotel Project (Contract) Location: Hackney Contract Length: 8 Months About the Project: We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join the delivery team on a prestigious £100m luxury hotel development. This is a fast-paced, high-profile project requiring excellent technical knowledge and strong coordination skills across all MEP disciplines. Role Overview: As MEP Manager, you will oversee the mechanical, electrical, and public health packages from coordination through to installation, commissioning, and handover. You will work closely with the Project Director, Design Team, and specialist subcontractors to ensure quality standards, programme deadlines, and compliance requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all MEP activities on site. * Review design information, ensuring buildability and compliance. * Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve technical issues. * Ensure works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards. * Lead progress meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors. * Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover documentation. * Maintain health & safety and ensure statutory compliance across MEP works. Requirements: * Proven track record as an MEP Manager on hotel projects or large-scale CAT A fit-outs. * Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and public health systems. * Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage fast-paced, high-value projects with multiple subcontractors. * Relevant qualifications in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or similar.
