We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a high-profile commercial refurbishment project in the City of London.
The works include:
- Partial replacement and realignment of the existing façade
- Construction of a single-storey roof-level office extension
- Repositioning of the main office entrance
- Basement reconfiguration to provide accessible cycle storage and facilities
This is a technically challenging project within a constrained City centre environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing site operations and subcontractors
- Ensuring H&S compliance at all times
- Overseeing programme, quality, and logistics
- Coordinating with the Project Manager, design team, and stakeholders
- Reporting progress and managing site performance
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of façade works and structural alterations
- Experience working in live or restricted sites
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
