Tradeline are working with a long-established, growing commercial roofing contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Junior Contracts Manager / Contracts Supervisor to support the delivery of refurbishment projects across London and the South of England. Responsibilities
- Oversee roofing refurbishment contracts from award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, and logistics.
- Ensure health & safety compliance across sites.
- Monitor programme, quality, and commercial performance.
- Produce site reports, inspections, and progress updates.
- Identify variations, risks, and delays.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support accurate measurement of works.
