I'm currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced gym fitout project in Lambeth.

This is a 6-week programme, so you'll need to be organised, proactive and confident managing a tight programme while maintaining quality and keeping the client updated throughout.

The Role

  • Managing the project from site set-up through to handover
  • Driving the programme to ensure key milestones are met
  • Liaising directly with the client and maintaining strong relationships on site
  • Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities
  • Monitoring costs and making commercially aware decisions where required
  • Ensuring all health & safety standards are maintained

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering fast-track fitout projects
  • Strong programming and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

There is a strong possibility of further work with the contractor following the successful completion of this project.
