I'm currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced gym fitout project in Lambeth.
This is a 6-week programme, so you'll need to be organised, proactive and confident managing a tight programme while maintaining quality and keeping the client updated throughout.
The Role
- Managing the project from site set-up through to handover
- Driving the programme to ensure key milestones are met
- Liaising directly with the client and maintaining strong relationships on site
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities
- Monitoring costs and making commercially aware decisions where required
- Ensuring all health & safety standards are maintained
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering fast-track fitout projects
- Strong programming and organisational skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
There is a strong possibility of further work with the contractor following the successful completion of this project.
