Tradeline are working with a long-established, growing commercial roofing contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Junior Contracts Manager / Contracts Supervisor to support the delivery of refurbishment projects across London and the South of England. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work and genuine long-term career prospects.
The Role
You will oversee roofing refurbishment contracts from award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard. You’ll be responsible for managing site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining compliance, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of roofing refurbishment projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, and logistics
- Ensure health & safety compliance across sites
- Monitor programme, quality, and commercial performance
- Produce site reports, inspections, and progress updates
- Identify variations, risks, and delays
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
- Support accurate measurement of works and payment processes
Essential Experience
- Sheeting & cladding experience (essential)
- Experience supervising roofing refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of site health & safety and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams
- Good communication and organisational skills
