We are looking for an experienced level 6 NVQ qualified Site Manager for a large warehouse fit out starting in June and lasting for 6 months. SMSTS/1st Aid/Forklift ticket desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full fit out from start to finish.
  • Managing health and safety for all direct and sub-contractors.
  • Liaising between the client and contractor.
  • Working with the 24-hour on-site security.
  • Managing the site welfare and maintaining a schedule to keep the site clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Ensuring the project remains on time and on track.
  • Keeping the project on programme deadlines.
  • Ensuring each contractor has the correct supervision for their workers.

Ideally, you will have experience on similar projects.
