We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our growing team of electrical engineers. Our work spans a diverse commercial portfolio, primarily within the licensed hospitality sector. This is a varied and hands-on role that includes planned and reactive works, EICRs, minor installations, and remedial actions following EML tests and major projects. You'll be expected to operate independently across a wide range of commercial installations with confidence in fault finding and testing. The majority of work will take place in Greater London and surrounding counties, with occasional travel across the Southeast (e.g. Birmingham, Norwich, Exeter, Dover), always discussed in advance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical inspections, testing, and certification (EICRs, remedials, installations)
  • Carry out reactive and planned works across commercial client sites
  • Work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring all work meets high-quality and safety standards
  • Use digital tools (Job Logic, Pronett, EasyCert) to complete job reports and certificates
  • Occasionally participate in overtime and future on-call rotations (with excellent incentives)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a fully qualified electrician
  • NVQ Level 3 in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment
  • Strong fault-finding and testing skills across various commercial installations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS check (required for client sites)
  • Comfortable using electronic job management systems (training provided)
  • ECS Gold Card (preferred but not essential)
  • Basic understanding of fire alarm systems (training available)
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours when needed
