We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a growing and well-established Main Contractor delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone confident in managing tenders independently, ideally coming from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background, and comfortable contributing to both the commercial and qualitative aspects of bids.
The Role
- Taking ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission
- Preparing accurate cost estimates across a variety of project types
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Liaising with supply chain to obtain competitive quotations
- Contributing to written tender responses and submissions
- Working closely with internal teams to develop winning bids

About You
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a Main Contractor environment
- Able to manage tenders independently from start to finish
- Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable contributing to written bid responses
- Proactive, organised, and able to work to deadlines
