Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician to join their expanding team.
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Food, Industrial and Bespoke sectors, you will take responsibility for delivering architectural projects from concept through to completion, producing detailed technical drawings, liaising with clients, consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years' UK experience as an Architectural Technician.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills are essential.
- Revit experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Proven ability to manage architectural projects independently from inception to completion.
- Experience working on Commercial and/or Industrial developments.
- Strong technical detailing, building regulations knowledge and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
