Site Manager – New Build Residential\\n\\nLocation: Croydon, South London\\nProject Type: New Build Residential\\nContract: Full-time, Permanent\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a new build residential project in Croydon, managing the full project lifecycle from inception through to completion and handover. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential schemes safely, on time, and within budget.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage all on-site activities from pre-construction through to project completion\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, drawings, specifications, and budget\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality control, and site compliance\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and local authorities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor progress, report on milestones, and resolve site issues effectively\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee inspections, snagging, and final handover\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build residential projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle\\n\\n * \\n\\n Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to manage multiple trades and work under pressure\\n\\n * \\n\\n Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and NHBC standards (or equivalent)\\n\\nIf this is a role of interest, please apply via the link or contact Georgia of Tradeline Recruitment
