We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office fit-out project based in the City of London. This is an 8-week contract with the strong possibility of ongoing work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to on site
- Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates
- Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on office fit-out projects
- Valid SMSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
- CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced projects and meet deadlines
