Location: Brentford (Current Project) / London Projects

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Working Arrangement: Office/Site Based with Hybrid Working Available

Our client, a growing and well-respected M&E contractor, is seeking an organised and proactive Document Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. The business delivers projects across London and the South East, with current works based in Brentford and future projects located throughout the M25 region.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and document control experience within construction, engineering, or building services who is looking to join a busy and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining project documentation through Asite
  • Checking Asite daily for document status updates and actions
  • Uploading, issuing, and amending documents to ensure Asite compliance
  • Reviewing RAMS and associated documentation for compliance and completeness
  • Updating project trackers and maintaining accurate project records
  • Managing project filing systems and document registers
  • Preparing and issuing weekly Friday packs
  • Coordinating weekly health & safety documentation and records
  • Providing general project administration support to operational teams
  • Assisting with light procurement duties and supplier documentation
  • Ensuring all project information is stored, distributed, and archived correctly
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Document Controller, Project Administrator, or similar role within construction or M&E
  • Experience using Asite or similar document management systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
