- Certifications (Mandatory):
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card (Black or Gold)
- First Aid at Work
- Exceptional team management abilities, with a track record of keeping subcontractors accountable and informed.
- Prior experience dealing with live industrial environments or complex site access is strongly preferred.
