Tradeline Recruitment has partnered with a Tier 1 fit-out contractor specialising in the fit-out and refurbishment of commercial office buildings across London and the Home Counties. They are currently seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will work within the small works division, delivering exciting fast-track projects with values of up to £1m. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage the complexities of the technical services process with precision and integrity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Main contractor experience
- 5–7 years’ post-graduate experience
- Strong design and build experience
- A well-rounded understanding of building services, including lifts, voice and data, sprinklers, AV, security systems, and mechanical and electrical services
