Tradeline have partnered with a a well-established Main Contractor based in Buckinghamshire who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor & a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
The company specialises in planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes, with projects typically including fire safety upgrades, cladding remediation, internal renovations and energy efficiency improvements, particularly within occupied residential properties.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and further growth planned, this is a great opportunity to join an established business and play an important role in its continued success.
The Role:
- Managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects and contracts.
- Monitoring project costs, budgets and overall financial performance.
- Preparing and managing valuations, variations and applications for payment.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered commercially.
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
About You:
- Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a Main Contractor.
- Experience within refurbishment, planned maintenance, social housing or construction projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Confident managing costs, valuations and variations.
